One of the first decisions made by Accord was that we would only be comfortable promoting software that followed the open standards philosophy and we are confident that this decision has contributed to our subsequent success.

Our next criterion is that the software is evaluated by our Professional Services experts for technical resilience. Finally we ask ourselves whether the program is the "best of breed".
When all of the above criteria have been satisfied, we then make sure that we can offer full support for the product, both pre- and post-sale, by sending our technical and sales staff on training courses either run by the software vendor themselves or on officially approved courses.
